The reality TV star completed a major renovation on her lavish $70 million (over VND 1.7 trillion) Malibu estate, which began earlier this year.
The 42-year-old SKIMS founder gave fans a glimpse inside the mansion she purchased in September 2022 during an episode of The Kardashians that aired in July.
It is known that Kim’s Malibu mansion was previously owned by Cindy Crawford and her husband, Rande Gerber, as well as retired venture capitalist, Adam Weiss – the last person to own the mansion, according to the New York Post.
Kim Kardashian remodeled and upgraded the large outdoor space, changing the surrounding deck from light brick to smooth concrete for a sleek and modern look. She also added monochrome outdoor furniture, such as coaches and comfortable white chairs, so everyone can relax, enjoying the stunning views of the Pacific Ocean.
The new four-bedroom, six-bathroom home’s windows were updated to allow natural light to stream into the home throughout the day. The exterior of the property also received a new coat of paint to match the modern color palette. The swimming pool area is equipped with outdoor tables and chairs. There is a path leading down to the private beach right below the property.
While appearing on an episode of The Kardashians that premiered in July this year, Kim took Khloe on a special tour of her newly purchased Malibu oasis. The star’s neighbors include A-list celebrities like Leonardo DiCaprio and Neil Diamond.
Kim revealed that she will use the villa as a great party venue for friends and family. She also admitted that owning a home in Malibu has been her lifelong dream and she shed tears on the beach when the deal was finalized.
In addition to Malibu, Kim also owns a spacious villa worth 60 million USD (more than 1.4 trillion VND) located in Hidden Hills, California. The house is sometimes featured on social media and also on her joint TikTok account with her daughter North.
