Some commenters claimed to be locals of Miami Beach, Florida, where the clip was filmed, and say they know for a fact that the woman has mental health problems.
One user wrote: “I love how you think this is appropriate to show all the young followers that look up to you. That dehumanizing is ok and bullying… then you have the nerve to laugh… smh.”
Another said: “You can clearly tell this woman has [a] mental illness and didn’t want to be filmed period. If I was u Nicki I would remove this post, I know u didn’t know she was sick.”

Miami’s National Alliance on Mental Illness has also weighed in on the video, telling TMZ it was an invasion of the woman’s privacy and condemning Nicki, who has close to 70million Instagram followers, for using her fame to spread negativity.
A rep for NAMI said: “Nobody would make fun of a cancer patent, and mental illness is an illness like any other.”
Some of Nicki’s fans, however, came to her defence.
One said:”I don’t think Nicki meant any harm if the woman had come to the car I’m sure Nicki would have given her something probably money.”
