KIM Kardashian is about to turn 43, but fans say she looks years younger.

And they contend the cosmetic proof is as clear as the nose on her face.

Kim celebrates her 43rd birthday on October 21. However, many followers argue she has already been giving herself the gift of younger looks.

Last month, the Kardashians star was spotted looking fashionable as ever at New York Fashion Week.

Kim was seen in New York City wearing a floor-length leather jacket, which was made of a burgundy snakeskin design.

She also sported a pair of baggy gray denim pants, which she paired with a black zip-up hoodie.

But all eyes were focused on her plump lips.

The mother of four’s mouth looked incredibly pouty, even while her face was relaxed, with the unedited photos showing how her lips looked more swollen than usual.

In an online chat room, fans shared their theories.

“She doesn’t even know what to do with those big fake lips,” one person said.

Another agreed: “They got their own thing going on.”

A third concluded: “I guess the swelling finally went down.”

In June, fans became convinced Kim had gotten a nose job after spotting what they called a clear sign in a set of new photos on Instagram that showed her posing outdoors in a bright pink bikini.

Kim was seen posing with both hands behind her head as she looked up toward the sky with her eyes closed.

While the Hulu star was showing off her trim and toned physique, some followers couldn’t help but notice one particular detail in the first photo of the carousel.

One Reddit user shared the photo on the platform and wrote: “That’s a nose job nose if I’ve ever seen one, but sure it’s just a drop of mascara.”

The zoomed-in photo focused on Kim’s nostrils, which some believe look different than they have in previous years.

One critic replied: “I don’t understand. How can they grow up seeing their mom’s nose COLLAPSE, and decide, ‘Yes! I am gonna do that to myself one day!’”

A second noted: “Her nose is so wildly different from how it looked what it was natural. The fact she thinks anyone actually believes she hasn’t had any work done is insane.”

“Those nostrils…Eek! That plastic surgeon is laughing his way all the way to the bank!” a third commented.

The reality star’s followers have even claimed her jaw looks significantly more pronounced than in snaps taken at an event late last year.

Kim displayed her square jawline while posing in a pink gown at a gala in Los Angeles in November.

Unretouched photos from the event were shared on Reddit, where fans shared their disbelief at Kim’s appearance.

One wrote, “Oh my gosh, is this for real?!” and another asked: “What the hell happened to her jaw?”

A third posted: “It used to be much softer and more rounded. Such a shame she felt the need to get that work done.”

Kim has faced rumors in the past that she’s had lip fillers, a nose job, and a face lift.

The Kardashians star has repeatedly shut down the speculation, claiming she’s only had Botox.

In an interview last year with Allure magazine, she was asked: What do you have on your face right now?”

The Kardashians star pointed to the space between her eyebrows.

She confessed: “A little bit of Botox.

“But I’ve chilled, actually.”

The Hulu star admitted she has never filled her lips and cheeks.

The Skims founder also admitted that her eyelashes are “real” and has “never had eyelash extensions.”

Kim realized that she does “care about her appearance.”

She said: “I really, genuinely care about looking good.”

During an episode of The Kardashians on Hulu, Kim, finally came clean about her plastic surgeries.

She gathered at Kris Jenner’s home with her sisters Kourtney, 44, and Khloe, 38, for a singing lesson.

The vocal coach provided a few tips, saying at one point: “I’m just talking on pitch. I’m not using my neck muscles. We have 425 muscles in the neck.”

The Skims mogul interjected, quipping: “Half of mine are probably Botoxed.”

Prior to the comment, the mom of four hadn’t confessed to getting any plastic surgery.
