Bey and Jay aren’t the only stars who have spent time on the storied property.
A Hamptons home with a star-studded history — most famously, Jay-Z and Beyoncé rented it — has hit the market, with an asking price of $15.9 million. The spectacular Hamptons home (described as “a Gatsby-era estate flush with grandeur and luxury.”) hosted Jay and Bey back in 2012, when the power couple reportedly paid $400,000 to rent the home for the month of August.

According to Mansion Global, the home comes with quite the guest book. Madonna and Jennifer Lopez also appear to have rented out the lavish property in the past. It’s not surprising that the home has become celebrity catnip; it’s fully kitted out with every amenity necessary for a star-powered tenant.
The eight-bedroom home is located on nearly six acres of secluded Hamptons estate, and also comes fully equipped with a 110-seat screening room, described by Corcoran as “a fabulous entertainment venue for lavish Hollywood premiers and screenings.”
Because Mr. and Mrs. Carter filmed a music video in the home, we’re guessing that the screening room got plenty of use during their tenure. See the luxurious space below.
