POP mega-star Beyonce could be on the verge of buying NBA franchise Houston Rockets – and the team’s players are Crazy in Love with the idea.
Current Rockets owner Leslie Alexander announced last month that he is ready to sell-up, with Forbes valuing the franchise at £1.2billion.

Beyonce, who is married to rapper Jay Z, has emerged as a serious contender to take over.
And the current roster of ballers would be more than pleased for her to Run The World of the Texas-based outfit.
Trevor Ariza, 32, has been with the side since 2014 and he is definitely Drunk In Love with the idea of Beyonce taking over.
Speaking to TMZ, he said: “That would be lovely – but I have no say so in that matter.”
He is not the only one to think that the former Destiny’s Child singer and her home town team are a match made in heaven.
Her mother, Tina Knowles, believes her daughter should Put A Ring On It and become the new Rockets owner.

Despite trying to not give too much away, she did explain why the Rockets would be the ideal fit for her Bey.
She told TMZ: “We are from Houston so why not?
“It’s her home town so, you know, it would be really great.”

Although, Bey should not count on her mum’s support at every game should she complete her purchase.
When asked whether she would be in attendance each match, Tina said: “Every game? No! I live in LA.”
Meanwhile, it’s not only a basketball team that Beyonce has been splashing out on.
Her and her husband have just blown a whopping £68million on their new home.
According to the LA Times, the billionaire stars have paid out for the immense contemporary Los Angeles estate and they have a mortgage of £41.1 million.
This is thought to amount to 30 years of monthly payments at around £194,000 a month.
